Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEML) has embarked upon a strategic initiative to expand the delivery capacity of its Phoenix Park Hull Terminal located in Hull, Texas. The company recently signed a procurement and construction (P&C) contract with 360 Rail Services to further increase the outbound capacity by an additional 40%. Since the Terminal was acquired by PPEML in 2022, the capacity has doubled and was made available to customers in Q4 2023.
On December 13th, 2022, Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM), a wholly
owned subsidiary of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL), completed its
purchase of a propane terminal located in Rush City, Minnesota from Interstate Fuel
& Energy, LLC. (Interstate). This is Phoenix Park’s third acquisition in the US in the
last two years with the Hull Texas Terminal acquisition completed earlier this year.
On April 28, 2022, Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL), hosted a dedication ceremony for its newly acquired NGL terminal located in Hull, Texas.
On January 21, 2022, Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM), a wholly
owned subsidiary of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL), completed its acquisition of an NGL terminal located in Hull, Texas from Keyera Energy Inc. (KEI). KEI is a subsidiary of Keyera Corporation (Keyera), one of the largest midstream oil and gas operators in Canada, with headquarters in Calgary Canada.
